We had a very pleasant stay, the room was clean, and no signs of bugs or black mold like others had said in their reviews. The bed and pillows were were super comfortable, in fact we both slept better than we had in a while. There were no smells of cigarette smoke or any other odors like other reviewers had said. The bath towels were nice and soft, there was an assortment of toiletries in the bathroom as well. We didn't have any issues with our room or the hotel, and will be staying there when we're in Knoxville again.

Front desk Tyler was very friendly and accommodating. Room was spacious, clean and nice. Everything worked! Bed was very comfortable. Hot breakfast was absolutely delicious. Definitely worth every penny. On our trip we had to stay at a different hotel the following night AT THE Same PRICE and it was not clean, not friendly, and toilet and TV were broken, and no breakfast. In the future we'll look to book at Clarion all the time!

The " men" working the front desk were very polite and cordial. When I encountered them they always asked if everything was ok and was there anything I needed. Very professional attitudes and people oriented, which is something I've rarely seen and experienced when I've traveled and stayed at different hotels.Also the bartender in the lounge was very engaging and welcoming with her sexy self!

My room 301 was very clean. The water was hot in the shower and everything worked properly. My bedding was clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The desk attendant was very nice. I give them an overall rating of 9 out of 10 and a 4 star rating due to the cleanliness. I would highly recommend and I will be staying again.

we were informed this was a 2 star rating inn. we were looking to stay overnight so a 2 star rating wasn't a deterrent. we were pleasantly surprised with the the clean room. will definitely book this inn on are way to Florida and back. have it in our gps destination
